One of two new members, Mark Clazie brings a whole new edge to FADED BLUE. With his solid and technical style on bass Mark not only helps drive the songs but adds a new element that is all his own.
Originally from Oshawa ON, Mark grew up as the only musical talent in his family. He began playing bass at a young age, despite his parents opposition to the idea. Later he would become not only a passionate bass player, but guitarist and drummer as well. He later attended The Trebas Institute of Technology for Audio Engineering. Although he enjoyed playing music and has been in previous bands his main involvement in the music industry when moving to NS two years ago was running his studio, Harmonic Wave Studios.
After becoming the newest addition to FADED BLUE at the start of 2007, Mark made the band as his main priority and put the studio on the backburner. Mark fit right into the mix with the original members, as well as new member Nick Gauthier, and quickly added his own twist and spin on the classic tunes. Mark and Nick quickly discovered their styles would compliment each other well, and together with the original members they put on a live show like no other.
